SMS/MMS Text Messaging Disclosures (10DLC)

Program description: STRAC may send operational alerts, emergency readiness notices, training information, and organizational updates via SMS/MMS.

Opt-in consent: You will only receive text messages if you have provided your mobile number and opted in to receive messages from STRAC, such as by completing a form, checking a consent box, or texting a keyword to a published number/short code.

Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and cease sending further texts to that number.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the methods below.

Message frequency: Varies by program; you may receive recurring messages.

Message & data rates: May apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
